Making a purchase.   Making a purchase with Cobwebs is very easy.  Just browse our catalogue, then click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,    click on “order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.  Please note, to place an order, you must first register to create an online account.  Only when you are logged on can you complete your order.   If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone our staff are ready for your call on 07732715835. You may prefer to post your order please send it with cheque or postal orders payable to A Kelly to  Cobwebs Saddlery, The Old Parlour, Wivelsden Farm, North Common Road, North Chailey, East Sussex. BN8 4EH  enclosing your chosen form of payment.    Please ensure you print your bankers card number on the reverse along with your address and post code.

Please be aware that the product may vary from the image.  We reserve the right to substitute a similar item. 

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be sent.  Back-ordered items are not charged until they are ready to be sent. 

Shipping and handling.  The shipping charge is set to a fixed charge of £5.95 which covers all deliveries up to 25kg within the UK.  Smaller items can be sent via registered post and will be charged at cost.  This will be shown on the invoice.  Please contact us for quotes.

Delivery Schedule.  Most orders are despatched within 24 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited, delays may occur.  At such times please allow 14 days for delivery.  You will be advised by email of any expected delays shortly after ordering.

Price Changes. Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.

It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only.  Once two delivery attempts have been made where there has been no signatory available a charge of £5.00 will be debited from your account.  The addressee may then need to collect the consignment from their local depot.  If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location.  Please note, parcels that are returned to Cobwebs Saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the couriers depot within five days, will be subject to a £15.00 courier’s charge.    International orders shall be quoted at conception.

Back Orders.  If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges.  For orders made from the UK or the E.U. VAT at the current rate is added.  All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security.  All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed and transactions shown in pounds sterling.   They are not held in clear text on any site.  DO NOT email your card details to us, no responsibility can be taken for security if your provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Guarantee.  All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee.  Subject to conditions. Quality control. For training purposes, some calls may be monitored.

Returns.  If  you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from the receipt of the goods and return them to us unsoiled,unused and in the original packaging, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund of the goods.  All returns are subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee.  You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your returns form and sent back to: Cobwebs Saddlery, The Old Parlour, Wivelsden Farm, North Common Road, North Chailey, East Sussex.
